UACTP Women’s Strength Seminar
Over the weekend UATCP’s newest trainers Chandler Parr and Sarah Suwanasung led a women’s strength seminar. They focused on intentional warm-up strategies, anatomical awareness, and the foundations of a proper barbell squat and deadlift. Participants left feeling empowered to optimize their technique, improve their lifts, and strengthen their bodies more effectively.
